Connecting Facebook and Instagram Pages using Meta (Facebook) OAuth
Retrieving Meta Lead Ads data for Pages authorized by the user
Delivering leads to dashboards, webhooks, or CRM systems
Integrating WhatsApp Business API for business communication
Viewing, managing, and exporting lead data for business use
CostToCost does not generate, modify, scrape, or sell leads.
All lead data originates from Meta Lead Ads and is accessed only after user authorization.
3. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have legal authority to manage the Facebook Pages, ad accounts, and WhatsApp Business numbers you connect
Use the Platform only for lawful business purposes
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Platform Access
By connecting your Facebook account, you explicitly authorize CostToCost to access certain data through Meta APIs, strictly limited to permissions approved by Meta and granted by you, which may include:
Pages you manage
Page engagement metadata
Lead Ads form responses
Page-level access tokens required for lead delivery
CostToCost accesses and processes Meta Platform Data only to provide the services explicitly requested by the authorized business.

5. WhatsApp Business API Usage
When using WhatsApp-related features, you agree that:
You have obtained valid and explicit opt-in consent from end users
All messages comply with WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies
You will not send spam, misleading, or unlawful communications
CostToCost does not initiate WhatsApp messages independently and only facilitates messaging as configured by the user.
6. Data Usage & Privacy
6.1 Lead and Platform Data
Lead data retrieved from Meta is used only for:
Displaying leads to authorized users
Enabling follow-up communication
Delivering leads to connected systems (CRM, webhook, notifications)
CostToCost does not:
Sell personal or lead data
Share Platform Data with unauthorized third parties
Use Platform Data for advertising, profiling, or remarketing
6.2 Data Retention
Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations. Users may request data deletion at any time.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Obtain necessary consent before contacting end users
Comply with data protection regulations, including GDPR where applicable
Ensure your use of Meta and WhatsApp services complies with their respective policies
8. Prohibited Uses

10. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and may modify or discontinue features at any time.
11. Suspension & Termination

You violate Meta or WhatsApp policies

12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CostToCost disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
13. Limitation of Liability
CostToCost shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business interruption, to the extent permitted by law.
